We offer free standard ground shipping to U.S. locations based on a minimum online order. Online orders to U.S. addresses receive free shipping on ground orders over $50.

We offer flat rate shipping to U.S. locations for carts less than $50.
$5.50 Flat Rate: orders $20.00 or less.
$7.50 Flat Rate: orders $20-$49.

Returns & Replacements
There is no time limit on returning any Defense Soap product. The products can be returned in a used or unused condition.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the steps below for a full 100% refund:

1) Contact customer service by email or by phone to alert us that you want to return a product. or, Call Mr. Guy Sako toll-free (866)-544-1689

2) Use the United States Postal Service to mail the product(s) back to Defense Soap.

A 100% Refund will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card,Pay Pal, etc.). if you are not satisfied with any Defense Soap product.Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by Defense Soap LLC.
Please note bundleditems need to be returned with all items for a full refund.

Viewing Orders
As a registered user It's easy to check the status of your order! Just visit MyAccount and sign in with your Defense Soap user ID and Password to get asummary of any orders placed online. You'll see your order number, thedate the order was placed, the status of the order, order total.
Shipping methods, and package tracking information are sent separately. Ifyou placed your order over the phone or via mail/fax, you can check yourorder status by contacting one of our customer services specialists at 1(866) 544-1689 or emailing Customer Support.
